Inspired by hedonism, cold nordic winters, and urban decay, the duo form a pressing atmosphere, with driving and danceable instrumentals hitting the listeners where it hurts.
Kine Hjeldnes is a fresh and eerie discovery from Skien in Norway and a new artist on the KOSO Records roster. She combines dark sci-fi and horror with electronics and disco, merged with an angelic, yet melodramatic voice and message.
“For us, ‘Feathers’ positions Hjeldnes as the rightful successor to 1980s German electro-queen, Sandra. There’s drama, there are hooks and there is an irresistible charm to the sound, particularly when everything explodes into the bombastic beats of the song’s final minute.” The 405

Sara Angelica is originally from Vegårshei, a small village in the south of Norway, but lives and works in Oslo. The minor-infused music she creates incorporates clear references to Bristol trip hop, interspersed with jazz and electronica. Sara Angelica’s warm and fragile vocals moves seamlessly through a hard, electronic landscape that unites her personal lyrics with producer Pieces of Juno’s electronic contributions. Her interest in music started at a young age and moved gradually to include songwriting and performing. Until now she’s been keeping the cards close to her chest, with only the October 2015 debut of the double single "Run / Aquarian" as a sign of things to come. Sara Angelica’s debut EP is expected fall 2016.
